Our goal is to provide a specialist level of service to the scientific imaging community in the GTA-Hamilton corridor and across Southern Ontario. Specifically, we provide consulting services to address imaging capabilities and education needs in the following areas:

• live cell imaging training
• laser scanning confocal microscope operation and theory
• image analysis theory and practise for brightfield, fluorescence and confocal imaging
• triggering configurations for low latency complex imaging experiments
• contract imaging services for

We maintain partnerships with key third-party vendors that have possess a long support record to Canadian researchers. Deep Six can both advise on and deliver system upgrades in high end applications such as:

• optogenetics
• FRAP and photostimulation
• electrophysiology integration to existing microscopy equipment
• micromanipulation
• white light and multi-LED fluorescence illuminators for microscopy
• motorization options for older and current microscope models
